PSTP as a SCINNOPOLI partner would like to contribute with its practical experience on innovation policy cycle programming-implementation-evaluation and learn from other partners experience. Wielkopolska region has not yet established a coherent system measuring the innovation policy impact but this activity is planned as a mission of Regional Innovation Observatory which is going to include solutions inspired by Good Practices of SCINNOPOLI Partners.
